The Groves Townhomes allows pets upon approval. There is a 40 lb weight limit, and breed restrictions apply. An additional deposit of $500.00 is required, as well as a $35.00 (up to 25 lbs) or $55.00 (over 26 lbs) monthly pet rent. Fish tanks and aquariums are not allowed.

Parking at The Groves Townhomes is a breeze. Each unit is will receive 1 assigned detached garage, as well as 1 assigned uncovered parking space. Additional parking is available at the main driveway on a first come first serve basis. No guest parking is allowed after 6:30 pm.

There is no smoking permitted at the Groves Townhomes. This property is a smoke-free community.
